LUCY Industrial Management Solutions is looking for an independent and professional DevOps Customer Success Manager. Preferably one with in-house IT System Administrator skills.

LUCY is looking for a DevOps Customer Success Manager 

We are looking for a technically skilled colleague with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities who has the analytic DevOps skills to go ‘off script’. You will be the reference point for all IT related queries at the customer level, responding to customer needs on time and ensuring the optimal running of all systems, among other technical duties.Do you want to work in a transparent company, have the actual ability to influence decisions, and be part of a renowned international company? About the job

In this diverse role, you will be working on a variety of tasks and challenges, like; 

Client advice, service, and support: 

  • Support our Sales team with the technical explanation to our (potential) clientsabout why it is in their best interest to switch to the LUCY Azure solutions.You will interview new clients to fully understand their situation and gain knowledge of what they need, what their IT systems look like, and who will be the end-users of the software. 
  • Work with our international customers' IT departments to ensure they can host our software efficiently and securely. You will host the software on our cloud, or you will check if the client has all the needs to install the software on their machines and make sure they have all the necessary information to meet the requirements. In both cases, you will be their DevOps hotline for any queries.
  • Manage technical documentation and ensure a perfect installation of the software after the initial purchase and provided service.  
  • Bear team responsibility for 24/7 client support worldwide. If the client encounters any technical difficulties, has any queries or when new software versions are released, you will handle all the troubleshooting with your team. 

Server set up and maintenance:

  • Set up and maintain new hosting environments in Azure for SaaS and PaaS for our clients and internal usage. 
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and provide client support for the products we host. 
  • Offer advice to the development team on optimizing our products in areas of performance, security, and monitoring. 

A plus if you have the following skills to work on internal IT System Administrator tasks like: 

  • Ability to perform tests and evaluations of our products. 
  • Experience with the ISO27001 certification process. 
  • You will help your colleagues as you listen to their technical needs, understand their problems, and implement solutions to them. 
 

Who are you?

You are a team player with excellent interpersonal skills who wants to be part of a dynamic and international team but can also work independently. You find projects, innovation, and thinking along with the customer important parts of the work. You don’t only work operational, but you also think of long-term solutions. You love to work on various tasks and have several years of experience in a similar role where ideally you worked across desktop, web, and Azure cloud, and experienced working with corporate IT networks and security. B2B software development interests you, and your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and eye for quality are great. Your written and verbal communication skills in English are excellent. In addition to your daily activities, it would be a plus if you know everything about IT environments and their management and therefore know how to support the organization and your direct colleagues in the best possible way.
