Job vacancy: Junior System Administrator Cloud (part-time – 24 hours a week)

LUCY Industrial Management Solutions is looking for a smart Junior System Administrator. One with in-house IT System Administrator skills.

We are currently operating in over fifty countries worldwide, where both our Co-Console Completion & Commissioning software and our Weld-Console Fabrication software are highly appreciated. At the same time, new ideas and products are being developed in-house and introduced into the market. 

 

LUCY is looking for a Junior System Administrator

We are looking for a university-level, technically skilled colleague with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. You will help us with all IT-related queries from our customers, respond to customer needs on time, and ensure the optimal running of Azure SaaS and internal solutions, among other (internal) technical duties. About the job

In this diverse role, you will be working on a variety of tasks and challenges, like;

• Set up and maintain new SaaS environments for our clients and internal usage.
• Install and configure our software.
• Monitor system performance, maintain and troubleshoot issues.
• Support our IT team with the technical explanation to our (potential) clients about why it is in their best interest to switch to the LUCY Azure solutions.
• Work with our international clients' IT departments to help ensure they can host our software efficiently and securely, based on high market standards.
• Write technical documentation and ensure a proper installation of the software after the initial purchase and provided service.
• Work with and within the quality system.
• Bear team responsibility for uninterrupted service/ SaaS. If the client encounters any technical difficulties or queries, or when new software versions are released, you and your team will handle all the troubleshooting.
• Setup accounts and workstations for our team.
• You will receive training and can follow courses to improve your knowledge.
• You will help your colleagues as you listen to their technical needs, understand their problems, and implement solutions for them.

Who are you?

You are a team player with excellent interpersonal skills who wants to be part of a dynamic and international team but can also work independently. You are resourceful and have good problem-solving skills. You can diagnose and resolve problems quickly and know how to translate technical language to non-technical people.

The Business to Business (B2B) software market interests you, and the world is your workplace. Your written and verbal communication skills in English are good. In addition to your daily activities, it would be a plus if you are familiar/have worked with IT environments, security, and its management.
