LUCY Industrial Management Solutions is looking for an independent and professional Sales Manager for Project Management Software for the Heavy Construction Industry.

Wanted: Sales Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. Our current Sales colleagues have the world as their work area while working from The Netherlands and are looking for reinforcement to help take LUCY’s 2-person Sales Team to the next level. About the job

You will join the Sales Team in their daily work:

  • Cold and warm international b2b acquisition;
  • Assist with technical sales and/or product demonstrations;
  • Regular customer satisfaction sessions;
  • Start market-specific online campaigns together with the Content Specialist;
  • Lead generation and meticulous follow-up;
  • Operate sales software;
  • Fill out questionnaires/info requests and/or ensure they get filled out;
  • Coordinate sales tenders and assist in writing commercial proposals;
  • Coordinate and review terms and conditions;
  • Align with internal stakeholders;
  • Align with customers;
  • Establish long-term customer relations;
  • Carryover signed agreements to business to instruct who what when.


Who are you?

We are looking for a Sales Manager experienced with b2b software sales, and a strong background in process and product. You like to organize your work and excel at collaborating with your colleagues. You have relevant experience and knowledge, preferably in the field of Software/ Construction/ Industry.  We are looking for someone who can work independently, accelerate on opportunities at the frontier, and consciously work on proposals and relationships.



  • Based near Utrecht city;
  • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus; Spanish, German, Dutch);
  • Punctual and concise;
  • Great social skills;
  • Hunter and farmer;
  • Professional and independent;
  • Organized;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Relevant experience/knowledge in b2b software sales/SaaS.

A plus

  • Experience with the construction industry.
